Today a handful of diamonds have come to be known as symbols of history, legacy and magical lore. Diamonds were formed under immense heat and pressure hundreds of miles below the sea level. Many ancient people wore it as charms believing in their ability to heighten sexual prowess and attract others. Diamonds were thought to bring about luck and success and also change the course of astrological events.



Fancy Color Diamonds

Few quick run down of the main fancy colors:

	YELLOW Canary is a term used to describe intense yellow diamonds.
	PINK Pink diamonds mined are faint to light colored (pastel colored).
	BLUE Blue Color can range from faint to a very deep blue.
	PURPLE Most of these diamonds are less than one carat in size and are very seldom found in dark to vivid lilac colors.
	ORANGE Pastel colored orange diamonds are of similar value as pastel pinks and some blues.
	BLACK Black diamonds are not transparent, and do not show fire (flashes of color) as other diamonds.
